Washington County Fire Services hosts their 3rd annual Washington County Fire Games on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Wausau Possum Palace. Opening ceremonies will begin at 10 am, followed by the firefighter games. This event will consist of two-man firefighter teams competing in 4 events across 2 divisions (Paid & Volunteer). The events will be PPE Relay, Make-A-Line, Bucket Brigade, and Water Polo. Awards will be presented to the winning teams around 2 pm.
